Here's What Happens Next:
- Booking Confirmation: I've sent a confirmation email to the email address you used when creating your. Look out for one titled '[Paperbell] New appointment' with all the details. Please check your inbox (and maybe the sneaky spam folder, just in case) to make sure you've got it.
- Pre-Session Prep: Attached to your confirmation email, you'll find a guide on how to prepare for your first session. This includes some tips on how to create a comfortable space for your online session.
- Schedule Reminder: You'll receive a reminder email 24 hours before and again 1 hour before the session, so you won’t have to worry about missing it.
- Rescheduling: If you suddenly remember you've double booked, you can use the link in any of your Paperbell emails to reschedule, up to 48 hours in advance. In an emergency, if you need to reschedule with under 48 hours to go before the appointment, you will need to email me directly , or whatsapp me (see contact details below). Any such reschedule is at my discretion, and will be accommodated as much as possible, however no refunds will be given for missed appointments. Please get in touch as quickly as you can should circumstances change.
